Everything Did not transfer my prescription for over a week. Promised speedy delivery due to delay. Still did not receive for over a week. Was out of town and out of medicine when finally delivered. Was without meds for a week.

i ordered Tacrolimus Oint on Thursday and i paid for 2 day delivery. i called on Monday to see if order was delivered yet. you told me that the pharmacy just got it and it would go out Monday for 2 day delivery. did not receive it in two days. i talked to Crystie and she said she would overnite it. as it turned out it was sent as a 2 day delivery.? my dog did not like the pain she was in as she expected the cream was going to be administered sooner. not good. i intended to have the rx refilled soon but i am now reluctant.

I attempted to purchase an annual membership plan and medication for my dog. I was continuously told their IT department had to address the issue, but they would have to call me back or they would have to get in touch with a supervisor and get back to me- but after 3 full days of back and forth with customer service, there was no resolution in sight. I never received the medication, and have asked for a refund on the annual membership since they weren't able to fill it (but of course someone "will have to call back" about that).

Filled out the online form, gave the information they needed for my current pharmacy, saw the charge on my credit card, but never heard from this pharmacy.

I'm utterly blown away by how awful my experience with DiRx has been. It has taken almost a month for me to receive my prescription, and I had to go two weeks without my necessary daily medication because of their serial incompetence. The issue began with them not being able to get my prescription transferred from my regular pharmacy. The order was stuck on "pending" for two weeks, and despite numerous emails, they did nothing to move that process along. My order finally went through, and I ordered my shipment as overnight so it would arrive in time. Despite paying the exorbitant overnight fee, it still took 2 days for them to ship it out. Then after a week of waiting, the order never arrived, and I was told "UPS lost the package". So they re-shipped it, which took another two days, and I am still waiting for my prescription. I would absolutely never recommend this website to anyone. As I said, it has been almost a month and I never received my prescription, and customer service agents keep giving me the runaround. This website is a scam and not legitimate.

You will never get a rep on the phone.They will not get thru to your doctor for prescription info.You will wait like I have been on hold listening to suicidal music and never get picked up 47 minutes and counting. Never again been waiting three plus weeks to get a refill.Total bs To your reply I have soent many hours trying to get a rep my doctor also tried was on hold twice for over 20 minutes. Your reply means nothing . First delivery went off like a charm but try to refill a prescription nothing but a headache I'll pay a little bit more somewhere else It's worth the customer service.

I live in an extended stay and they did not bring to my door and I didn't receive my order. They could not tell me who received the order either, no signature, just "it was left with a person" still no replacement order talked to manager who pretty much told me I'm SOL and would need to figure out which one of the 104 rooms has my meds. Psyc meds at that! No narcotics! They treat you like a dope head, no one gets high on Prozac and Wellbutrin Dirx! And now since that was my last refill on both scripts and I just moved states in-between Dr's and insurance with new job.... sad so sad!

the WORST experience EVER! no promises kept and not positive initialtion on the part of this company to help when possible!!! And they say they will reach out to your doctor when/if theres an issue, but when you follow up, you find they still havent [reached or even looked at the prescription]. I had to call them 3 times just to get them to expedite looking at my order. Bottom line they promised overnight delivery on Friday. but them told me it wouldn't make it till that following monday. It acutally did not even start shipping till MONDAY when they made the label, and didn get here till tuesday.
