I placed a prescription order on Jan 7th, it is now Jan 18, 2023 and still nothing has been done. No follow up emails regarding status, no prescription. This is not acceptable. GoodRX handled my other prescriptions immediately. Would not recommend this company.

Thought I'd found my answer in DiRx when the drug I needed, aripiprazole, was way too expensive and my insurance didn't cover it. Spoke to customer service at DiRx--I asked how they could get this drug so inexpensively. I mentioned I'd heard of cheap drugs manufactured in India. The rep didn't disclose anything, just said she understood my concern. Received the drug fairly quickly (not as quickly as my usual CVS pharmacy, though), then looked at the pills: they are a brownish-gray color, unlike anything I've ever seen before in a drug. I read the literature that came with my order and saw that the pills in fact came from India. Nothing against that country, but I won't be taking these pills. Their color alone scares me!

Ordered on a Monday with expedited shipping. Called six days later and they said they hadn't even called my doc yet and that they were backed up because understaffed. Go elsewhere if you're on a schedule.

Prescription didn’t even get processed for a month. I filled it somewhere else so this was a duplicate. Never doing business with DirX again.

Was very lazy in getting my prescription from Walgreen's. I waited weeks and got sick because DIRX didn't want to wait on the line to talk with the pharmacy at Walgreen's. Do better. Then, it took an inordinate amount of time to get my prescription delivered when you actually got my prescription.

After a huge delay in getting my order of over one month, I called customer service to let them know to ship the order to another address. They confirmed to me that they made the change on the order. Then I received a call asking if I wanted to partially ship the medication that was confirmed by my doctor because part of the order had not been confirmed. I asked them to please hold the order that I was going to call my doctor to expedite the prescription. DIRX shipped the confirmed order out to the incorrect address. Now, I do not have access to my medication. They should have followed the instructions from me, then I would have my medication.
