Hi there. I looked into your order and it appears that we could not determine who your prescriber was when you placed your order. After a phone call, it looks like we were able to get the proper information and your order went out the same day that we received your RX from your doctor. In tracking your order, it appears that it is in your city and will hopefully be delivered today. We wish you well.

Hi Lois. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy was unable fax your prescription to us and would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! But, thank you for hearing me out and giving us another chance. Be well!

Hi Alan. Unfortunately I don't see any record or notification to cancel your order. Once we received your prescription we shipped your order as placed. But please contact one of our Care agents at 877-367-3479 to discuss your comment about pricing. There were no changes to your order from the time it was placed until it was shipped. So, I am not aware of any changes in pricing. Please give us a call. Thank you

Hi Thomas. We contacted your previous pharmacy multiple times to request the transfer of your prescription. After repeated, unsuccessful attempts, one of our pharmacists was able to get your prescription transferred verbally. We apologize for the delay. Be well.
