I realize that DiRX had to get my prescription info from my physician, but I became a little concerned after not hearing anything about my order for 2 weeks. Once my order was shipped, everything was fast and smooth.

The process of getting the prescription filled was good but still waiting for the prescription to arrive I wished they used UPS instead of the USPS. The prescription as stalled in the location with no help to get it.

Really good value for what I needed, but it took a while to get the order processed.....over a week, and that was after I inquired about it. I am still waiting on another order that I submitted about two weeks ago. Regular updates on orders without having to ask about them would be helpful.
