My order has not been processed for five days. I had to call the office to find out what happened. There was nothing wrong. Maybe they were short-staffed or received a high volume of orders at that time, or I don't know. Anyway, the order was processed on the 6th day and that's why I don't give it five stars. But other than the delay, everything went well.

I was transferring a prescription from GeniusRX. A week went by without hearing anything. I inquired about it and was told GeniusRX was not getting back to them. They said they will send the transfer request again. It then happened a couple days later and my order was processed and mailed quickly. My only complaint is I shouldn't have had to inquire on the holdup. They should have followed through on their own.

So, my first attempt to order my medications did not go well. I was not told that there was a problem getting my Rx from the pharmacy and it was cancelled. I did have better success with the second attempt to contact the physicians office and received my order promptly. I would prefer to receive periodic updates rather than not knowing what is going on and having my order cancelled.
