Took my doctor 30 minutes to reach someone over the phone and was able to electronically submit prescription. Additionally, took few days to get prescription processed. Definitely won't continue here, sorry

You did not get Rx. from my doc. as you said you would. A week after I paid for the Rx. and hadn’t received it, I called my doc. to find out the problem.

If you are wanting your prescriptions anytime soon do not use the place. I ordered 3 prescriptions and got 1 after 3 weeks. Still waiting on 2 more . Not worth the aggravation. Totally waste of time. Now they are telling me they can’t even get one and cancel my order.

I called 3 times and was told my order would be marked for priority since I was out of medication. Then on the 4th call I was told my order wasn't being processed because the pharmacy wouldn't be put on hold so they hang up when trying to call to get information. I had to call my Dr and have them send the info over. I asked 3 times to have one of my dosages changed and was told it would be changed and it wasn't till the 3rd call. And I was told my account wasn't charged when it was.

I placed an order on a Monday and got my Doctor to send the prescription by the NCPDP number and they say and say they have not got the prescription. I have called every day and I am getting the rounds and rounds from everyone and no one solves the problem. Today is Friday and still calling nothing has happened. Frustreated about service.

I ordered from your company because I was told I would get 30 Imitrex, but I only got 10. I can go to my local pharmacy for that! Definitely not a great first experience 😭
