All good except for not having one of my medicines in stocks & not knowing when you'll get it.

Good customer service and good email updates but it took 2-3 weeks to get our first order from the time we started the setup process. Also when ordering multiple items, they put the whole order on hold when one item was unavailable. After I called, they asked if I wanted the rest of the order and to keep the one item in hold. I would have preferred they either skip what they have or communicate that with me rather than just letting the order sit until I called. Hopefully the refills will go quicker and be in time.

good RX price and delivery. Slower delivery than told.

The experience was ok but 2 of my medications were out of stock. Shipping took longer than I thought it would so I was concerned that I would run out of pills. Arrived 2 days before I was “on empty”. Word of advice, order your meds a month before you need them.

The prescriptions get filled as expected. The only negative is the growing frequency of subscriptions getting filled late due to out of stock conditions.

Recently the fulfillment time has lagged. I’ve been using DIRX for two years and never had this issue in the past. Their annual plan is a true money saver. I’ve been recommending DIRX to friends and family, and hope the fulfillment issue is temporary. Also, their customer service experience has also changed recently.
