They claim they are having processing delays, but it has now been 24 days. Pay attention to the reviews. Something is seriously off with this company. Sometimes orders are filled, but about half the time they delay them a month for no apparent reason, or claim the medication is on backorder when it is in stock at every other normal pharmacy. Be careful of their prepaid mail-order programs. They get your money upfront, then don't deliver.

Using this pharmacy for a couple of years. Prices are very good, but more often than not my medications become backordered and don't arrive on time. Will be switching to another business. Avoid!

I used to recommend DiRx to all of my friends and fellow cardiac patients. Sadly, the last 6 months with this company has been very disappointing due to poor communication and backordered medications. My trust in this company to provide my needed medications has greatly diminished. Unless something changes, I will not be renewing my Annual Savings Plan subscription in September. DiRx is no longer reliable.

Wonderful prices, but lately some of my orders were backordered for WEEKS before they got the meds in and could ship them to me. Also, instead of saying backorder, they just say pending, so it's hard to know what is going on even if you call them. I have the $299 plan and all my medicines are covered, but I can't get them in a timely manner. I take them every day, so it's a problem. I've even had to buy 4 drugs from another drug store because I temporarily couldn't get them from DiRx when they were not available. That was an extra expense for me even though I should be covered for all of them.

This medication was on back order and It took 6 weeks until you had it in stock. On Dec. 27 I was sent a shipping email. It took until Jan 5. to receive it. I have had to renew this RX at full price 2 weeks ago at local pharmacy. This is scary that it took so long to get to me. I would be reluctant to use you again.

I still have not received my medicine . It has been several weeks. At first when I called and person stated exetimibe not in stock . Then I received a text saying it was ready and on its way. I still have have not received my med. this has been over 2 weeks. I would like to cancel my order. I got it filled 2 weeks ago with another company.

I placed an order on December 14th (Thursday) with my prescription from MDAnywhere, and it was shipped on December 22nd (the following Friday), and arrived on December 26th (Tuesday). I contacted your representative via telephone and email more than twice, and I was told that the order would be shipped soon, yet it took more than a week to ship. I couldn't figure out why it was in pending status for so long, and the representatives I spoke to couldn't figure that out either.

I waited for weeks for any kind of communication from customer service and didn't receive any. I called and was told that my medication was on back order. It took considerably longer than I thought it would. The company needs to inform people sooner if there's a problem with getting their medication.
