Dirx makes switching so easy, they do all the work..calling the pharmacy/Doctors office and getting the prescriptions. The prices are truly unbelievable, I'm getting 90 day prescriptions for way less than I was paying for 30 day prescriptions.

I contacted my PCP to be sure they had received the new scrips, as my order had been pending for nearly a week. This WAS NOT the fault of DiRx. Once my PCP followed through, the order was filled and shipped the same day!
Response from DiRxJul 31, 2022
Thank you for your comments, Darlene! It is so beneficial for our customers to assist in the process by contacting their prescriber. Often times our requests go missing or are overlooked. Having a partner to work with us through the process certainly benefits all. Thanks for making that recommendation! -Brian from DiRx
