you only delivered one of two items

I needed to call about my prescription being transferred from another pharmacy since I never received it. I was told that they were on hold for 15 minutes with my pharmacy and would try again the next day. So I ended up having to call my Dr and having them send a new script Would have been nice if you could have handled this for me.

First time using your company, your team was friendly and helpful over all good experience.

They were very slow to process my order on the front end... may have been an issue with the prescription transfer, but they need to communicate with the customer on what the delay is. I ordered six days before the end of my supply, and two weeks later finally recieved the order (with express shipping) I still had to reach out multiple times on the order status, and never recieved notice that the order shipped They need to keep the customer informed!!

It was very frustrating to place order. I couldn’t sign in and found website very difficult to maneuver. I am not the best with computers but I don’t usually have trouble like this.

Communication could be better/quicker. All else was great.

Although I am very pleased with the drug pricing, the delivery cost and efficiency is lacking. I paid extra for 2nd day delivery because I live in a desert. Though my order was placed early in the week, it didn't get shipped until Friday; thus my package didn't arrive until the following week(no delivery on weekends). Not only did this defeat the purpose of expedited delivery, I felt I was overcharged for the delayed delivery. I hope DiRx will remedy this for future deliveries or I'll need to find another service. Something as simple as adopting a policy that 2nd day deliveries are not sent near the weekends would be advisable.

It was lengthy and complicated only because it was new and had to coordinate with the doctor's office. Renewals will go much better. Shipped fast and arrived. Am very happy.
