The package arrived open with the medicine missing. I called gave the details and never heard back from them.

Terrible service. Taking weeks for them to contact current pharmacy to transfer a prescription. Cancelled the request even after talking to a representative who could give me no answers on why it's taking so long. You get what you pay for.

The wrong prescription was filled. I gave the name of the doctor who prescribed it and the number in the order. Instead, you filled a prescription from a different doctor with half the number of pills in it.

total scam!! First prescription and 1 refill were less than had previously paid. When I sought 2nd refill, price had increased by more than 1100%!!! When I learned that my prescription manager (via prescription insurance) was changing, I checked DiRx to see how its prices compared to both my old and new prescription insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that DiRx would charge $35 per month, which was less than 1/2 of the then-current prescription insurance coverage. In order to check on quality of service, I only had my doctor write 1 prescription and 1 refill. I was quite happy with service. DiRx texted me when my 2nd refill was expiring asking me if they should contact my doctor for additional refills. No mention was made regarding any price change. When I went online, I saw that the new price for the medication was in excess of $450. I assumed that this was a mistake. I called customer service. Service person was also surprised at vast price change. After being put on hold,service person returned and informed me that the new price was correct and that the price that I had been charged the first 2 times was a mistake. I was told that I should be happy that I received the first 2 prescriptions so cheaply. Absurd!! At minimum, the text offering to refill the prescription should have noted the price change. If I had not reviewed the current cost prior to re-ordering, I would have either had to pay 1100% more or scramble to get refill filled. DiRx, in my experience, lures person in with low initial price and then increases cost greatly shortly thereafter. DiRx "responded" to my complaint. See below for its respond. I am now commenting on its response: DiRx agrees that there was a "dramatic" increase in the price when I sought to renew my prescription. I would call an increase of 1100% (yes, 1100% is not a typo) more than "dramatic." How is this even possible unless the initial price was a loss leader intended to suck me in. Note that DiRx agrees that it did not inform me of this huge increase when it texted me seeking to renew the prescription. DiRx agrees that it has no method of doing so. Attempting to place the onus on me for not anticipating the 1100% increase by locking in a year's worth of this prescription -- this was my first use of DiRx -- is disingenuous. My advice to all users; check the price against what you paid in the past to see whether it remains the same of close to what you paid previously.

I still haven’t received my order. While customer care was always responsive the shipping process was unsatisfactory. It was two days after the stated USPS delivery date that it was actually attempted deliver. Their update stated they didn’t have access to the site and would be delivered the next day. We had to leave town and now the order is either in held mail or is lost. We won’t know until we return from our trip.

No notification when it was delivered, so it sat in my hot mailbox for days.

I was told the order was being shipped before I left for vacation in NJ from my home in AZ on May 4th. I was advised to have it shipped to NJ because I would not be in AZ long enough to receive it. As it turns out, it had not been shipped at all. I called several days ago to follow up on it and I was again told it would be shipped to me in NJ. I did receive tracking information for it this time but I am returning to NJ the end of the week. If it does arrive after I leave I will never get this delivery. Mayo clinic who prescribed it is now canceling my follow up appointment since I never started on the medication. Not sure what the next step is if it does not arrive before I leave.

Order was very late and it was medicine I couldn't do without.
