Everything went smoothly made the phone call it was here within a week

First, I never received any confirmation that my prescriber received my order request. When I called my provider to check, they said they had approved the request days earlier. Then, when I called DiRx, the very unsupportive customer service rep I spoke with told me that the supplier was out of my prescription and that there was no ETA on when it would come in. I never received any notification of this and wouldn’t have known had I not inquired. I finally received an email that my order had been processed, but as of today, 07/06/23, I have still not received my prescription. I placed my order back in the second to last week in June, and I’ve now been off my medication for about 2 weeks. I will not be using your service again in the future. You have terrible customer service.

Update: even worse experience trying to get a refill. Confirmed my doctor had sent the script and placed the order with over a week remaining. Followed up 4 times in the last 3 days and got a different response each time. Maybe it was an inventory issue because DiRx did or didn't have stock depending who I asked and which time. One rep told me it was an IT issue, though whether that was meant to explain the pharmacy's delay in filling or the CSR leaving me on hold for half an hour while they tried and failed to get ahold of the pharmacist is anyone's guess. Multiple people told me they'd contact the pharmacist and call me back, but no one ever did. End result is I'm running out of my medicine tomorrow, DiRx has no idea when they'll fill an order they accepted over a week ago, and their best suggestion was I should call around my local pharmacies to see if anyone has my meds in stock. Absolutely awful experience all around. Took a full week to confirm and fill my prescription. I had already confirmed receipt of my prescription prior to placing the order. Made multiple follow-up calls in which DIRX rep reported incorrect prescription receipt date and assured prescription would ship same day, which it did not.

The first went smoothly, a trial run so I fill the second one and it was hell , first it was my birthday date ,, then it was capsule,, vs tables,, no help from dirx to resolve the problem,,, so just accepted the higher cost tablets

On my first order this company made a billing error, which I reported immediately. They billed me twice and refused to refund the money any sooner than 10 days later.

Took over 10 days to received; granted, there was Memorial Day, but 10 days from Florida to Arizona? Won't be ordering again.

Never received medication

This is the third time this 3 month cycle that they do not have the drugs that are prescribed and one is for pain and the other is a HEART medication. I then have to call the PCP and have a script to cover sent to a local pharmacy and pay out of pocket with NO reimbursement. PLUS, when you put in for a refill, they never notifiy you if they do not have the drug?? Very poor business plan. I was told by a supervisor that"we are a smaller pharmacy and the larger pharmacies get the drugs first". Well that is a poor excuse to have a heart attack. Time to switch to a larger and legitimate pharmacy.
