No where did I see the cost of the medication.

I liked the ease of ordering prescription and it’s price!! Without insurance, the cost was so much less than trough insurance!

When I first looked up my scripts, they were all covered under the basic plan. When I order my first refill, I was told one Rx was not covered. I had to pay for the upgraded plan. This feels like the typical bait and switch scam. I have not had time to double check I’d my script was covered under the initial plan I paid for. However, when I do and it happened that the Rx is covered under the initial plan, I will be asking for a refund. Also, the script took much longer than I usually expect for a mail service refill. Hopefully, there are not more surprises.

Everything was simple & perfect - except that the order came w much, too much packaging. Simple to order nd conclude purchase.

Overall excellent customer service however your pharmacy does not carry 3 of the 4 medications that I need.

I would have given you 5 stars but you couldn't read my doctors prescription supposedly and it took you over a week to get ahold of him to confirm. You could have called me and told me what was going on and I could have also followed up but I was in the dark on why it took so long.
