DirX was quick to respond to every problem

When I contacted customer service because transferring my prescription was taking a long time they were very nice and helpful and got my prescription ready really fast

It was easy to order the medications once I talked to support and found out that your prescriptions do not show up in the account for you to order them. After the order is placed they match it up with the prescription or contact the prescriber. It shipped and arrived quickly in a lot nicer packaging than I was expecting. The bottles are child resistant while being easier to open, which could be quite important for someone with arthritis in their hands. Update: I still think the bottles are child resistant while being easier to open. The cap is double sided though, so you can flip it and have it be non child resistant if desired.

I wasn't sure I did the right thing, but once everything was in order with the pharmacy, the meds were delivered in good time. I also placed an order for my father that was faxed from the doctor at a later time. I was told it would be a quick process. I checked on the order when I didn't hear from DiRx, and was told I still had to order them online. Even with a hurricane slowing things down, the order did get processed and sent to our satisfaction. This is a God send for anyone on a fixed income. No one should have have to choose between medicine and food, shelter or utilities. We now pay less for 90 days of meds than we did for 30 days at his retail pharmacy! The representatives were all very kind and helpful!

Once I knew how the process worked there were no issues. I had my Dr send in RX to them and my order was processed the same day and RX received in no time. This has helped me in my time of need (in the middle of waiting for new insurance to kick in and can't afford high cost of RX at local pharmacy). My RX is free for me with insurance.

There was quite a bit of co-ordination between my Physician and DiRX, but in the end everything turned out fine.
