It took a long time to ship and I ended up contacting my doctor to send a new rx instead of an rx transfer because the queue for rx transfers was days long. There should be a warning that it is a 2 week process or so to set up a new RX.

Great on transacting and fast delivery once prescription obtained from prescriber. Not so great notifying customer of nearly month delay in receiving prescription from provider.

Best price for my medication plus received new customer $10 that I hadn’t used. Great customer service.

I love that I can get 3 months at a time and don't have to worry about remembering to order my medicine each month. I also love that it is more affordable than anywhere else I can get it, including as a Sam's Club Plus Member. The only reason I gave 1 less star was because I had to call to get my prescription added to my profile after the doctor sent in the script. As this was my 1st time doing that, I didn't know I had to do that & did not receive any communication about them receiving the script from the doctor or that there was a step that I had to do in order to get it filled. Thankfully, I did it early enough that I didn't run out of medicine, but if I'd procrastinated (like I usually do), I would have been without my meds. The only other issue I had was that because I have it through my employer, I had to go through a different link to sign in than a "regular" customer and I didn't realize that either, so I was getting frustrated trying to sign in.

VERY VERY difficult to get the fax to go through. Tried for 2 days before it finally succeeded.

Everything was wonderful. Especially the price. However, there was a small snag in the delivery that caused me to miss three days of taking the medication.

As I noted when I read other reviews of DiRx services, sometimes there is a disconnect between the pharmacy and DiRx. This can cause a delay in filling your prescription. Fortunately, once the lines of communication between DiRx and my pharmacy were established, all was well, and I received my medication. The assistance of DiRx phone consultants was very helpful. I wish I had jotted down their names so that their work could be noted.

We had to work around a holiday. This caused unexpected delays and additional communications.
