I called twice once asking about filling a pet script and again to follow-up when my vet was being difficult. They were very attentive and reached out to the vet to verify the script. I was given updates along the way and the meds arrived in less than a week from my initial inquiry.

When I placed my order, after a week I couldn’t understand why I haven’t received an email that my meds had been shipped. I sent and email and got a response almost immediately explaining that they weee waiting for my doctor to confirm. Of course a few more days went by and I emailed again. They then advices me that maybe it would be best to contact my doctor to speed up the process. And I did the next day. I really appreciate the customer service that y’all provide and I will continue using y’all as my pharmacy…. Thank u very much

My pharmacy was terrible in terms of cooperating to get this order through - your people tried several times to get the information they needed to process my order - it took over a month but we got it done and I'm very grateful.

Truthfully I was quite leery about ordering an rx online. What a pleasant experience. So professional with ,reasonable shipping time due to my Drs office was a bit slow faxing in my Rx…..Impressed with just about everything….even the Med pkg in a nice white box with info included pertaining to DiRx and what they are all about….Fantastic is a description of my experience From start to finish! Great customer service

Price was great and they handled getting a new prescription from my doctor quickly. Order was shipped promptly.

My experience was great because not only did they take care of all the prescriptions and contact my doctors but the order was sent out in a timely manner, & wrapped beautifully. Once it arrived I was impressed. The experience for a mail order service is impeccable.
