The experience was okay. It took almost 2 weeks to get everything transferred, with no communication from DIRX, which was frustrating. As soon as I complained, things started to progress. Maybe I'm just impatient but the no communication got me. Other than that, this is a fantastic service and the convenience of getting my meds delivered is invaluable ❤️

The website was easy to navigate and I was very pleased when I called that a person was on the phone. Prices are very competitive. I rated 4 only because there was a holdup of DiRx transfering my prescription and it took a couple of calls from me to DiRx before it was done.

Got 90 days supply wen the farmacy only gives 30 days at a time.

My husband takes a lot of prescriptions and I needed a way to save money since some of them are very expensive. I like having to only pay once to join and then getting most of his prescriptions for zero copays. And having them on auto refill makes it even better.

It took long to get my prescription but happy with the service, price and no hassle.

After getting prescription within couple days Dirx sent medicine quickly. But for provider prescriber couldn’t find the way of sending prescription other than fax.
