Challenging to start, but worth it
It took a lot of calls and me pestering my doctor to get my prescription to DiRx. DiRx did NOT contact him like their website says they will. It was all on me. But, beyond that inconvenience, the low price and fast shipping were great. The local pharmacy wanted $42 WITH my insurance, but I got my medicine for $14 at DiRx with NO insurance required. Wish I had found DiRx before I filled my other prescriptions.

Great pricing but a slow delivery
My prescription was very well priced. BUT It took a long time and several phone calls to get DIRX to get the script transferred in and then the script filled

Communication re contact with providers was a bit lacking
This was my first order, so DiRx needed to contact the providers. Communication regarding this contact was a bit lacking. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

My only complaint is that the $10 off…
My only complaint is that the $10 off first order offer was not applied to my order. Don’t offer it if you’re not going to not honor it.

really easy!
The medicine was shipped very quickly and the whole process was very simple! The medicine bottle is really big for the amount of medicine in it though

Great service and price
Great price for the medicine I needed, delivered faster than expected. It's easy to deal with as long as you have electronic prescription. Not so good with paper prescriptions or when you need to transfer your prescription from another drug store.

First time customer
I'm a first time customer so didn't really know what to expect. Sent in my husband and my meds. Mine I had no trouble, but my husband's was a little confusing. My order was sent, then canceled. I ended up calling to find out what was going on. The lady was very nice and we got it straightened out. We shall see how my re order goes.
