Transferred a prescription from a local pharmacy to DiRx. No notification that the pharmacy had been contacted or update on progress filling the script, but did get a shipping notifucation. Took a week to arrive, but fits is in Florida and I'm in the very northeast corner of Oregon. The prescription was extremely well packaged for shipping. DiRx has the best price on my medication though, and I appreciate mail order convenience.

Excellent service with a few caveats. I received my appropriate medication for a huge fraction of the cost that I otherwise would've paid. That said, there was a brief delay due to the DiRx team not acquiring my prescription information on my behalf during their stated timeframe. Once I took initiative and had my doctor's office send the prescription sent over to them, though, DiRx got my medication in the mail that same day. Much appreciated and would use again.

I was unable to place my order because the website was not functional. I dropped the idea of ordering through your site and let is sit for the weekend. I came back the following Monday and it seems the website issues were fixed and I was able to order my medication. Once I ordered the medication the transfer of the prescription was seamless and the meds arrived in a few days no issues.
