i have called customer service and confirmed my new shipping address in CA which was confirmed by them but they shipped meds to NC 😥

I had been relatively pleased with them due to the affordability. But I have yet to have a single prescription without some delay or snag or issue before it is sent, and this time was just too much - they did not notify me about a prescription issue for days, then emailed the day before Thanksgiving so I had no time to address it, and the customer service was TERRIBLE when I called - they basically said "well, it's not our fault." NO interest in helping us, in facilitation of the shipping so we got the needed medication, NO value placed on us as a customer. We are STILL waiting for the medication, and the company did NOTHING to follow up or solve the issue aside from offering $10 after I complained that they were not showing any interest in our situation. Absolutely awful experience.

The time to delivery (~2 weeks) was unacceptable. If you can't figure out how to fulfill meds in 2-4 days, you are in the wrong business. Most likely, you are under capitalized. Ideally, the business should be supported by 4-6 distribution centers near large population centers.

I am still waiting on my order.

Still waiting for prescriptions that I ordered on 11/15 and I am out of them.

I have been waiting on a prescription sine 11/16/23. They took my money on 11/17/23 and I have yet to be delivered.

The meds were taped outside of the bag and the pill bottles were open inside the bag. There are pieces of dirt on the meds that were taped outside the bag. I can't get a return call from the manager and I need my meds.
