got fast service after calling to expedite, however there is no invoice showing that this order is paid in full, nothing in the package also. Website just shows amount of order. Insurance wont accept that, thanks

Took to long to get my meds.Not sure if it was my doctors office, or DiRx. However until I called and complained, my meds were not getting sent.

Once DiRX cleared up confusion with my prescription, all went smoothly and I received medication within 5 days. However, when my prescription was first received it had a different last name and instead of questioning it, they just let it sit there. I had to call a few times to get it resolved.

The whole experience is fine. Its website is easy to use and the price is very reasonable. I made an order on Jan 10th and transferred my prescription from CVS Specialty to DiRx. But nothing has happened until 10day ago. Then i sent an email to DiRx for status update and they responded that they were working on the prescription transfer. Two day late, they told me that my medication is processed and would be shipped. That makes me feel that they hadn't done much work on my prescription transfer until I sent my email to request a status update. That is why I put the rating to 4.

People generally helpful, price is good, free shipping, fairly friendly website. A little trouble getting the scripts from CVS which was CVS fault.

I loved only getting my medicine for $5, especially with how expensive it was everywhere else. Only wish it didn’t take so long to arrive. I guess the process of getting my prescription from my pharmacy took a while. Overall, I’m satisfied!
