Delay: I ordered script under name 'Debi', Dr. office efaxed orders under 'Debra'. I wished you would have contacted (called) me for clarification. Instead my order just sat there. I called after a week to inquire, and was told about the 'names'. The representative was VERY helpful, apologized, and made corrections in my file. She tried to have sent out that day, but was too late. Order was sent next day. * This would have been perfect opportunity for you to offer sent via priority or overnight mail; this time because of already delay.! Mail: not to mention slow, but packaging was way too big for one bottle. It was dispensed in a hard box, too big, and wouldn't fit in my mail slot correctly (5x10). I had to cut out to get. I would prefer smaller container if possible, also, I do not need a child-proof lid. Debi Rankin 6/28/22

Was not expecting a wait of 10 days before receiving my medicine and four phone calls to be sure the RX had been received from the provider. Hoping a refill will be more seamless.

I had to call to find out where my prescription was in terms of filling. Once I called, I got a response that the rx was being filled. However, I don't know if it would of been filled had I not called. The packaging was great and delivery good once I got my rx. It took 2 weeks to get my prescription. Good thing I was not in a hurry. The price was good. Would I order from DiRx again? Yes.

Due to my Parkinson's , I have difficulty with correspondence, but since you asked twice,. My dtr assisted me with my Rx refill, she contacted your Pharmacy for assist and was told that Hy-Vee couldn't be contacted to release my Rx so they recommended she try calling. ,My dtr made contact with hype and got Rx released. Next your Pharmacy told her she would need to contact my MD to verify the order, So she called them and they willingly sent an order to your Pharmacy. The next day I received an e-mail that told me that the order didn't match what was ordered. By now I had been without my Rx for 3 days, and 4 days later I finally got my pills, refill # 4 of 4.

I had to make multiple calls to customer service regarding the transfer of my prescription from the pharmacy. Each time I called I was told that the Dirx pharmacy would contact CVS. When I called CVS to find out what the problem was they said that they had never been contacted. I made a call to customer service and after telling them my pharmacy had never been contacted was taken care of and I had my prescription by the next week
