I signed up with this company and received the first order of my psych meds timely. However, the second order never showed up. I received no call, email or text from anyone from DiRx. Psych meds cannot be missed!! I called customer service and a male told me they were back ordered. He seemed not to care. I explained I needed the meds and could not miss them due to bad side affects. I asked why no one from DiRx informed me of this. He said, "That's not something we do". Really? He went on to say they have very few suppliers of the medications they store due to the lower price they offer and sometimes meds are back ordered. I ended up in the hospital because of missing my meds. Unacceptable!! Customers beware!!

My prescriptions were sent in November and I still have NOT received any of them and it's now December 14th

My prescription was delayed a full month of when I should have received it. I still haven’t received it , it says it’s been shipped.. I understand things happen but with medication, unfortunately I can’t be off something for a month when I’m supposed to be Taking it everyday.

Order was lost in the mail. Have to wait 7 business days before they will start a claim. Call customer support can't help, have to talk to a manager, left message twice with manager, no return call. Out of medicine, called Dr. sent 7 day refill to my local pharmacy down to my last 2 pill. This was my 6 order the rest were great. USPS is a joke.

Order placed Nov 13. It's now Dec 11, still no meds. Website shows "pending" with several orders canceled and then placed again, splitting one order into multiple, no reasons given. Customer service is horrible, keep getting numerous conflicting excuses. Have sent multiple emails to customer service, zero response. Have left multiple voicemails for customer service manager Brian Besse, again zero response. I'm now out of multiple meds I take for heart problems and diabetes. I am also enrolled in their annual savings plan. My opinion so far is that this company is a joke.

I had not received the prescriptions I watched my Dr prescribe. When I called the person was from a foreign country and very difficult to understand. He could not find them. I saw my doctor who said she could see you had received them. Next call they finally found them. He asked me the prescribing doctor and I told him. I still did not receive the drugs. When I logged in I found that the drugs were under a previous dr and still pending. All this was Nov 11th. I still don't have them but you charged my card. You still don't seem to have the drugs prescribed by Teresa Lawson. Should not be old prescription by Jordan Fr eeland

Inexpensive, but dangerously irresponsible. A few times, I successfully received prescriptions without issue, but recently the delays have gotten so long and unpredictable that I've run out of medication twice now waiting for them to ship, let alone arrive. It's one thing to take a day or two to ship a new prescription, but I've been waiting 6 days and counting for a refill of an existing one to even ship (which I can no longer cancel or transfer elsewhere due to it being "confirmed" but not shipped), and had to cancel and transfer another, new prescription after waiting 14 days with no "confirmation". Coupled with "2-7 day" shipping times for the free shipping option, these unpredictable pre-shipment delays make it dangerous to rely on this service for any medication you can't go without. Edit: After waiting another day for the refill to ship (marking 7 days since ordered and 4 since "confirmed") I called to see if I could still get the order canceled so I could have it transferred and have a chance of getting it filled locally, and was on hold for 35 minutes to be told it couldn't.

Difficult to transfer prescription
