It was relatively prompt delivery, possibly only with slight delay due difficulty seeking confirmation of doctor requirement for the med. Altogether, satisfied.

I like the savings I can get on all but Ozempic. I still can't afford it. And I was only able to get half of the meds I ordered.

What matters to me.

Great prices. Sometimes, shipping is slow. Usually because of problems with obtaining medication from suppliers. Email and phone agents quick to respond and help when possible. It would be useful to include in pending, why, ie, awaiting prescription, awaiting supplier, and estimates of availabilty.

Good value and very convenient

When I called customer service to find out about my Rx, the person who answered the phone told me DiRx had not received it from the provider. I was about to call the doctor’s office when someone else called me from DiRx’s customer service dept to tell me that the information I had received from the other customer service rep was incorrect, that in fact the doctor HAD sent in the Rx and it was on its way to me. This suggests to me that the second person was listening in on the first conversation, perhaps with a trainee, and took steps to make sure I had the correct info. That’s a good mark for DiRx.
