It takes way too long to get my order. This last time you sent me an e-mail telling me that my order was incomplete and one of the prescriptions was on back order. When I picked up my order the next day, they were all in there.

You Didn't have all my meds available

Dirx has excellent customer service! The annual plan price is unbeatable. There seems to be some confusion and delays in prescription transfers. Dirx also has some trouble attaining some medications that in my opinion should be easily attainable.

The part that I don't like about this company is: If you have a medicine that is out of stock they will hold your whole order. They do not bother to notify you that you have one med holding up the whole order. If you call and inquire about your order they will pull the med that is holding the order up and then ship the rest. They will not do this on their own. (this is what the representative told me) Other than that I think this will be great for my husband. All of his meds were on the list and it will save us a lot of money.

Only half of my order was received.

I had a refill and my doctor’s nurse called it in…it never got processed. I was going through withdrawals and finally my doctor called it in to CVS pharmacy where I was able to use a GoodRX coupon. I still paid $20 more at CVS, but I couldn’t physically wait for DiRX to get it figured out. I never want to be without my meds again. Unfortunately my anxiety meds are too expensive to be covered by my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. I tried calling customer service five times yesterday afternoon, and no one answered. I ended up canceling the order.

My prescriber sent in Rx, but I still had to call to have the order activated to start the fill process. Nov. 22 to Dec. 6 to receive prescriptions. However, 1 Rx did not arrive and on checking it was delivered to Talahassee, Florida instead of Winslow, Arizona?. I called, and a replacement Rx is being sent to the correct address. How did 5 Rx make it, and 1 sent elsewhere? The annual savings program is an awesome program for my self and my wife.
