I had 2 RX sent to this mail based prescriber. I used this service in 2024 for 8 months. They were both 90 day supplies. The price is great! The constant delays were terrible. Of the 6 orders, only 2 were completed before I ran out of medication. I called customer service a lot to complain and check on the orders. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. If the medication isn't backorder due to supply chain issues, the order will still take a few weeks to get through the pharmacy backlog and then the shipping backlog. I have to find somewhere else because the cheap prices aren't worth the hassle and late fulfillment. 4 times I paid a premium to have a RX fulfilled with my local pharmacy. This discount provider just isn't worth your business.

I've used diRx for 2 years now. Starting out, I was a fan, reasonable and dependable. In the last 6- 9 months, meds weren't being delivered on time. I had meds due to be sent mid June and as of August 2, never got them. When I called, they said they were back ordered and they had no idea when they would come in. I'm talking meds like Prilosec, lipitor, etc nothing unusual. They said they sent me an email, but I never got it. When I called to inquire in August, he said that 2 of my meds miraculously came in and he would ship them immediately. That was after I talked about wanting to terminate their service. I said ok, ship them, but I was now finding a different service because the other 3 meds had not come in. Later that day I got an email that the 2 meds that miraculously came in that morning, had not, so I would not be receiving them. That was after I had asked my doc to refill the others they didn't have necessitating another call to my doc to refill the 2 they said they had. No one has time for this crap, I would expect update emails after claiming meds were on back order, but they never told me they still didn't have them. Basic customer services is severely lacking and made me lose confidence. Now I use Amazon pharmacy. It's awesome.

A few years of good service then boom, my prescription was cancelled within a few days of the next shipment, leaving me in the lurch. So called "supply issues". Luckily my doctor is also a close friend from school and I got help quickly. He suggested to try Amazon Pharmacy and switched my script. I had my meds the next day with no shipping and they offer a 6-month supply along with 30 and 90-day! I notice DiRx does not respond do poor reviews here, only the good ones.

I thought the Annual Membership was a good value when I signed up in 12/23 but filling my Rx's for the first few months was always difficult and required several calls to both DiRx and my doctor. The anxiety created by this process was stressful because these are maintenance medicines that I need to take on a daily basis. My last two refills were "on order" for more than a month due to "supply issues" then were "cancelled" by DiRx (done by e-mail this morning with a lawyerly written general "apology") . The reason why I give two stars instead of one star is the medicine when it comes is nicely packaged and of good quality. If DiRx takes a more active role and fills my Rx's or provides a refund for half of my annual Membership, I will revise my review.

I gave them five stars a year ago but services have deteriorated to a point where I do not receive my prescriptions. They recently discontinued the Annual Savings Plan and have been back ordering most of my maintenance medications. I understand they are having problems with suppliers which may be beyond their control. I am looking for alternatives to replace Dirx.

I'm on my 5th 90-day auto-refill of Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol reduction. This is the forth time in a row that something went wrong and they could not refill it. Each time I am not contacted. It's only when I notice I'm about to run out and see the status as PENDING that I call them. Three times the problem was, both medications were backordered. They will not give an estimated date when it will be in never mind how many more additional days delay I'll have due to my position in line then the 7-day shipping delay. Once my prescription was expired and they did not contact my physician for a new Rx. Again, no contact with me until I called when I noticed it was PENDING status for 10 days. Can't your computer system automatically search patient prescriptions that are going to expire in 30-day and send an Email notification? Sure, this place has cheap prices but the stress of having to go through calling my doctor to get an emergency 30-day supply while I wait for DiRx to get inventory has finally pushed me away.

Spotty reliability - which is not good when it comes to medications. My 90 day auto refill is delayed for 1 - 2 weeks since they are out stock and it is on back order - good job it’s a statin and not life saving medication! Surely they project needs based on auto-refill information (e.g. dates) and proactively ensure continuity rather than wait til the 90th day to find out “doh we don’t have any of that”!

I enrolled in their annual savings program that supposed to cover my medications for a year, and they are not able to fill them. I'm getting emails from them now stating I should re-fill them at a local pharmacy. What did I pay for?
