DiRx was easy to use. DiRx provided a hard-to-find drug prescription for a reasonable price. My former provider had advised they were "out of stock" when I tried to refill my prescription. I found DiRx and they were able to quickly fill my prescription and send it to me just as I ran out of my former prescription.

I was so impressed with the customer service interaction I had on phone plus the rapid response to emails. The courtesy shown by the phone Representatives and empathy made me feel at ease. Also very impressed with the packaging when it arrived at my house.

The average price I found to start was over $500.00. Finally, my insurance came through for $285.00 which I still thought was to much. After 2 fills for that price, I joined goodRX gold and they hooked me up to Hy-Vee for $204.00. However, the next refill was going to be around $560.00 so I got back on goodRX gold and they showed that I could get it mail order from DiRx for $152.00. Hopefully the next will be the same. The only con I have is you order what you want instead of the doctor sending in the request for what he thinks you should have which made ordering confusing to me. Because of this my first request failed to meet what the doctor ordered causing a confusing and long delay.

I called my Doctor's office on Friday morning and sent the prescription to DiRx the same day. I received my prescription on Tuesday noon 1/31. Free shipping from Florida. Whereas I have paid almost 3 times more at a discount drug store.
