The biggest struggle - as so many other people have indicated - is getting your Dr to get the scripts to DiRX. I took a sheet with all the requested scripts and the DiRX contact info to my dr to make it happen. Once done, the order was quickly and accurately processed

I entered the drugs I wanted transferred to you, and Walgreens transferred them all. I had to get Dr to fax RX. Otherwise great. Saving me a lot of $.

A little slow to get started, but eventually got things moving. A couple of weeks to get my first prescription, but only a couple days after that. Received an email when a shipping label was made and then one when actually shipped. I would still use them though.

This was my first order and y’all had a difficult time getting ahold of my doctor to get the RX for celecoxib. But it finally came Saturday. Also, I put in the code for the $10 off the first order but never got it.

Fast. Less expensive than previous online pharmacy. However....Amazon is half of what DiRx charges, so while I was happy to pay less, I would like to pay even less than that!

I couldn't get any refills for my meds, my pharmacy couldn't get it. I tried an online pharmacy, Dirx, and they had it! Took a little bit to get it though.

DiRx customer service had to help me with several issues, on my part, not theirs, and they were very helpful. My order was perfect and reasonably fast. My only issue is that they weren't great at transferring my existing script to them. I highly recommend getting your Dr to call in a new script to them for the fastest service.
