It took over a month to get my medication. I was initially told it would ship the same week but when I checked in, I was given multiple reasons for the delays, and the CS manager was not helpful and had no empathy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Shipping took way to long

I placed an order on Dec. 8, the same day I asked my doctor to send the prescription to DiRx. My doctor immediately sent the prescription and I called DiRx to inform them and the rep I spoke to confirmed that they received the prescription, so I immediately placed my order and was told it is now all good. I asked how long it will take to process my order, they said once the pharmacy team received my order which takes 24-48 hours, my medicines will be shipped. Since I know how slow USPS shipping service is, I expedited my shipping to 2nd day which is $15 fee since I needed to take my medicines the soonest possible. Upon writing this review today, December 21, my order is still in pending status. I've been calling DiRx customer service every 2 days from the day I placed my order and all I get is: "we already sent a request to our pharmacy team to process your order" response. December 18 when I was told that there was a backorder for one of my medicines and I didn't receive any email notification nor I was informed a week prior about this. I asked the rep why there is an exteme delay on my orders and he said the pharmacy are processing the 1st batch of orders and most likely these customers also waited for so long for their orders to be shipped. I asked the rep what's gonna happen if my orders are still in pending by the end of this day, he said he will escalate the issue but I asked to speak to the manager instead and he transferred my call to the manager's voicemail and I left a message, but haven't receive a callback and my order is still pending at this time. I ordered medicines for my hypertension and cholesterol but ordering medicines from DiRx only elevates my blood pressure more and I don't any medicine here with me! Better ask your doctor if there is a local pharmacy in your area that is more cheaper than CVS, Walgreens and Walmart pharmacies. I should've asked my doctor for that option before ordering to DiRx. I understand the delays due to cheap prices of their medicines and holidays but this should have been anticipated in this line of business. Consumers with underlying medical conditions relying on their meds cannot wait till the pharmacy will have their stocks without being notified.

Cost was great delivery time is awful!!! Took almost a mth to get one of the two prescriptions and it’s been over a mth and still waiting on the 2nd one.

Took over a month and a half to receive my medication

I have been waiting on meds for weeks and I finally called and was told my meds are on backorder. Why not just send me a email stating that I need to find them somewhere else. There is no guarantee when or if I get them.

If zero stars was an option id choose it. 3 weeks and still no meds, script hasn't even been filled yet. Sure the cheap price point is great but if I never get my meds what's the point? I got charged for the meds then the charge got dropped then I got charged again and again the charge got dropped. At this point I don't even know if I'm ever going to get my meds.

I had to literally call you all and make you do your job.
