My Order #18416
When I place my first order #18416 my original prescription was being filled out by CVS. I talked with DiRx Customer Service to see if they could intercept my prescription from CVS and if they needed anything else, which they said they would take care of it. However, after a week and one email to say there would be a delay, I informed them that I would contact the CVS location to talk with the pharmacist to transfer over my prescription to DiRx. I never heard about the outcome, so I had my primary care doctor fill out another prescription and to fax it directly to DiRx. A new order was created #20143 and the other canceled, but that too was delayed without any follow-up and I had called customer service several times to get an answer. After several days I received a message that my order was shipped. From start to when I finally received my order, it took about 5 weeks . In the future, it would be best that detailed communications should be sent when there are delays and what we can do to help to complete the process. I would still give you another chance to process my next order, but just communicate better if there are problems (phone or email). Thanks Tony Perez
