On December 12, 2023 my doctor submitted my prescription. I contacted DiRX on December 18, 2023, they then placed my prescription in my cart saying it would be filled and I would be notified when it shipped. I contacted them this evening January 2, 2024 because I still don't have my medicine and it is still in my cart marked as pending. I am on the annual savings plan and my meds are covered, they also have my doctor's number if they have any issues.

I ordered at a very good price but never received order. You can say it’s for free but if you never receive it then it is good for nothing!!

I used to get my meds from Winn Dixie but they sold to CVS. CVS is very expensive so I tried DiRx. My doctor called them 3 times but they could not fill my prescription. I asked them to call my doctor and they said they would but I ended up going to CVS because I needed my meds. Price at CVS was triple what I would have paid if DiRx just went the extra mile. I guess you get what you pay for

The package is now 2 days late! It has been in transit for at least 5 days from Florida when I live in Missouri. I had no idea that it would take this long to receive! It took almost a month to get it filled. I can not wait 5-6 weeks to get a prescription filled. IF I finally get it AND it is a 2 month supply at the price I paid that would be the only reason your company would get the one star. I am a new customer and am disappointed in the service.

I used this service for a few months which initially was seamless, but then my prescription was delayed due to a supply shortage with minimal communication about what/when I could expect a refill. They suggested I get a one time refill at a local pharmacy, which became a headache with the prescriber because the current prescription had refills avaliable and they didn’t want to write an additional prescription. About a month later the company canceled my recurring order stating that they would be unable to ship due to market shortages beyond their control. There is no shortage of this drug per the FDA database of shortages. I would not reccomend this mail order service.

When they run out of certain drugs... they do not inform you so you can find another way to get your prescription filled. Customer service does not let you know when it can be shipped. After 3 calls I called their pharmacy dept and they immediately sent me an email to ship. They told me I also could go to my neighborhood pharmacy and have them call DIRX to let them have my prescription. Customer service does not have a clue that it can be dangerous for a person not to get their prescription and have no answers to help... a very stupid crew.

1 month late on RXs. Ran out of medicine. Had to call to request immediate shipping. I paid for yearly plan. Poor service.

I ordered a prescription for a pretty common drug (Fluoxetine) on December 18. Since I hadn't heard back from them after receiving an email telling me that my order had been received on the 18th, I called today (December 26) to ask when I could expect to receive the medication. After the customer service rep appeared to dither around a bit and put me on hold, he told me that they were out of stock and there was no indication of when it would be back in stock or shipped. I asked why nobody had contacted me to tell me that that was the case. No answer. When any online merchant clearly doesn't care to provide the most minimal customer service it's pretty inexcusable (and bad business). When that merchant purports to supply a necessary product and withholds important information that would allow a potential customer to actually sustain their health, THAT borders on the criminal. My new hobby will be letting everyone I know to avoid DiRx lake the plague.
