Excellent customer service. Packaging was secure and I like that they don’t use huge bottles for a small pills. Much easier to organize and manage in our medicine basket. The lids can be flipped over for easier access; no kids in our house so we don’t need the childproof function. Also so nice to get everything on the same schedule for both of us. My husband and I have the same PCP and they were able to get their EMR admin to add DiRx to options for e-prescribing. This is going to be a game changer vs figuring out which pharmacy is cheapest with coupons and going to 3-4 pharmacies for our meds. I was going insane juggling it all! Thank you DiRx!
