Bottles were shipped In A plastic bag. I understand boxes are more expensive but this wasn’t even a padded bag.

Had to call a couple times and then finally e-mail about where my order was. It took a month to get it, but I think Fry's Pharmacy was part to blame for the delay in transferring the scripts to them. But they could have had better communication with me. Good prices though!

People I talked to were very helpful, the price was excellent, but the Rx came in a container I could only open with a hammer! If I can get them to send my meds in an easy-open bottle, I'd be glad to elevate their rating to 5 stars!

I would have given 5 stars but it took 2 weeks to finally process my orders. However, once processed, I received 2 prescriptions in a matter of several days. Also, DirX has the lowest prices of everyone including GoodRX.
