I give a 4 star because you say that the patient can get $10 off the first order. That did mot happen with me because the promo code given kept giving me an invalid code error therefore no discount.

I liked that my orders came in recyclable packaging, but lately it has been plastic. Please stop using plastic. Plastic is so bad for the environment!

My experience was a good one, but the user site could use some improvement. I checked off the box to have DiRx contact my physician to get the prescription. According to the doctor's office, they did not receive such a request. No problem. I observed that the cost of the prescription was withdrawn from my checking account, but the prescription was not being filled. After about a week or so, I contacted my doctor's office and had the prescription emailed to DiRx. I had my medication in 3 days after I contacted the doctors office. Still, no problem, but the site was a bit misleading, as it relates to how DiRx obtains the prescription. Other than that, it was a good experience and I will use it again !

I ran out of my medication this Monday, but USPS tracking said my package was supposed to arrive this Monday. So I thought at most I would miss one day of medication. It finally arrived Friday, but I never went and got stop gap medication, because I always thought my package was right around the corner. I think USPS let dirx down in this case. Dirx themselves seemed to do a great job.

It took a bit to get things lined up with doc, and DiRx, but after that service was great

The prescription came to me in a timely manner. I especially like the price; it’s more than half the price of what I have paid in the past. I prefer home delivery to having to pick it up at the pharmacy.

My prescription was way cheaper than any other place I tried. My only complaint was they said they would call my pharmacy to transfer my prescription and 3 weeks later it was still not done. They then put a rush on it and I had it about a week later. I’m still very happy.
