I needed DiRx to transfer my prescription from Walgreen and that was a total failure from DiRx. they made one phone call and as they were put on hold they gave up and hanged up on Walgreen pharmacy.

This prescription took a month to fill. I received an email notification stating they could get a hold of my prescriber and that they couldn’t move forward. When I called them they discovered they actually did have my prescription. They transferred me to the pharmacist team because they couldn’t help me. There was a lot of steps and prodding on my part to get my prescription filled.

Love the prices but customer service is adequate not great, and there are a fair number of hoops to jump and little effort by the company to assist or streamline things. It would be nice if orders were tracked more efficiently and if reps would make an effort to be helpful, also if customers were NOTIFIED about problems or delays. SO DiRx replied here saying the rx did not match, which is true, but they did NOT read my review, because they said "we had to contact you." In my review it is quite clear that this is PRECISELY the problem. They did NOT contact me. They did not notify me that there was a problem, and I had to contact them to find out why the medication had not shipped. When I called I told the rep it would be nice if they reached out when there was an issue instead of ignoring it and leaving the customer to guess and call them to ask what was wrong after not getting meds on time. So they are not actually addressing the content of my review, which is that they need to notify customers if there is a problem with filling an order.

Good job and agood price for what i am gitting

I was on the fence about the stars. It was two weeks and I still hadn't received my meds (ordered 11/15/22) or any notifications about them, so I called. It seems my Scripts were missing? I had the woman check again and she found two of them but not the third, that was sent the next day. The woman that helped me was amazing and super helpful (I don't have her name) she would have gotten five stars!! Three stars because I think I should have been contacted within several days about the scripts, what if I was really in need of the meds??

It was so easy to order I thought it was too good to be true...and so it was. They didn't receive approval on 1 out of 3 refills so cancelled the entire order. I received a confusing email about the cancellation while out of the country, and there was no action I could take until I got home. It took weeks to finally get the 2 approved prescriptions and the one I really needed was not included. I had a discount code for my 1st order but couldn't use it because my first order was considered to be the one they cancelled. They don't have any magic wand to get your refills filled; their service is the same as everyone else's, only as good as the response and efficiency of your own doctor or pharmacy.

The ease of ordering was great. My biggest problem was getting my prescription verified by the vets office. Both the vets and I were told to send in a written Rx. Then we were told to take the Rxs to a local pharmacy to have them transfere them to DiRx (the local pharmacy would not do this). Finally, after all that run around my vets office called DiRx and got the prescriptions confirmed.

The process took too long from our initial order. It took more than 2 weeks for DiRx to request transfer of prescription. As a retired pharmacist, I realize it can take time, but in my opinion that's too long to wait to get Rx transferred. Otherwise the service was good. Medication arrived in good condition and packaged well. Will continue to use DiRx, but hope for a little faster turn around time.
