Do not buy from these guys. They delay your medicine for several weeks, 3 in my case. They're very negligent and have rude customer service.

This company is the worst! Inferior medications! Horrendous Customer Service! Extremely slow order processing and shipping!

Company has charged my account several times for presciptions even though we are enrolled in the annual savings plan. Customer service states that they will handle the overcharges but they don't. Beware.

Thought wrong about this outfit. Was very happy stumbling on their website as a main pharma plan outside of my mandatory Part D plan. Dispite the friendly & helpful staff I find myself on the phone with them more than anticipated to solve arrival times of my Rx's. Totally agree with other reviewers posting very poor delivery times even using the auto refill feature. Early this yr, mid january, after figuring out the yearly $ amount of either paying with and without the $180 savings plan I joined the plan; both amounts were the same. Had one specialist send a needed & necessary new fill to DiRx 1/25/24 . It sat for over 10 days before recieving a message it was backordered and should have my doc send it to a local pharmacy! Luckily I had been skipping 1 day/wk over the past year as backup if leaving town for holiday. Used up at least 2/3rd's of the backup before the Rx was avail. and arrived on 3/7/24. Another example is for an auto refill placed on the 4/25 is still pending. Another placed 0n 4/25 and necessary used for an upcoming proceedure by 5/6 was still pending yesterday (5/3/24) prompted another couple phone calls finding the business is backed up. Then asked how to transfer without bothering the doctor. Called local Walgreen's with the Rx # and other info & did get an unbelievable transfer & fill by late afternoon. Just before the last episode of bad business practices, another one was very usavery: had been placed on low dose of a statin Nov 2023 from which I had the unbearable & relentless side effects. So tried another one- lowest dose & was put off by similar yet undesirable side effects; couldn't exercise - too much joint pains-kept me more sedintary. So, a non-statin anti cholest. was prescribed & sent to DiRx 4/11/24.A phone call revealed it was backordered....didn't receive it until 4/30/24; I'd stopped the statin usage on 4/10/24. The pricing is what attracted me and previous problems with Cigna/Express Scripts, check out the BBB on them. As soon as an order arrives there they start filling an hidden priced Rx until in the filling process. Then they say they cannot stop the process. I had to fill a complaint with my credit card and they forced a refund-only then did xpress scripts sent me a mailer for a return on a jacked up priced item. Got a big run around btwn nefarious Cigna & owned Express Scripts. While writing this review I feel abused. Could FTC a call & BBB Florida site. (more lifetime wasted). Is this worth it? This USA "healthcare" realy bites. Go to EU sometime and see how bad we really have it regarding Rx's, ER visit ($84 Sept 2018) many name brands for our generic costs & many OTC's there are Rx only here. No waiting nor counting pills-most are given in boxed blister packed sheets or original bottles.

They are incredibly slow at filling auto-refill orders. This is the second time I have ran out of medication because they have now taken over two weeks to fill my order, the status is "pending". When I contacted customer service their response was "we're busy." I asked if they could expedite this particular order(I'm out) the answer was "no". The representative suggested that I contact my physician and request a partial fill at a local pharmacy.

It’s been two weeks, and DiRx has still not contacted my pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions. I paid in advance. I was told I would have my order in two weeks. When I called them today, they confirmed that they hadn’t even started my order and would give no timeframe of when they would begin. Read the reviews before you spend the money. Also, DiRx only responds to positive reviews. UPDATE #1: Spoke to a pharmacy dept rep 4 days ago, who immediately contacted my pharmacy. Called them again 2 days ago to be told that they did not have enough meds to fill the prescriptions, would not send a partial order, and would offer no timeframe of when they expected to ship. UPDATE 2: I just received an email from DiRx stating that they have not yet contacted my pharmacy for my prescriptions after all. It’s been a month! Order cancelled, reported to BBB and FDA.

This is not a serious company. They took my money, received my prescription eight days ago and they have not even processed my orders yet. When I complain, instead of solving the problem customer service gives excuses about new personnel in training and says that it takes 3 weeks to process an order!!!!? basically, they dumped on me their inability to perform, so I am paying for their underperformance. I suspect they will not last much longer in the market.
