Seems like once the order was processed…
Seems like once the order was processed and on its way was slow getting here. Not the fault of DiRx but the postal service.

very convenient
A bit of confusion upon first ordering and transferring my prescription, but overall, I am pleased with the customer service! DirX is a convenient option instead of having to go to the pharmacy.

a slight delay…
I had to call to find out why it hadn't shipped right away. I was concerned I would run out of medication. but it made it on time.

Like the annual plan
The annual savings plan is a great value. Communication was a little slow regarding the status of my order but when the order was processed I received it promptly.

Didn’t follow up with me when there was a problem.
There was An issue with my prescription matching what I had ordered but instead of contacting me to resolve the discrepancy, they did nothing. So my prescription was delayed extensively and it took me two phone calls to get it resolved. Once resolved, my meds came quickly
