When I contacted representative, she did not like that I wanted her to contact the pharmacy I originally placed my order, so quite frankly she left it for someone else to take care of, took my order an additional 3.5 weeks to get filled. Sigh. Otherwise, a three is for the lower prices and the kind representative I spoke to when it was finally ready. Thank you!

It took a long time to get RX.

I had to make too many phone calls inquiring about the status of my order. DiRX didn’t stay in touch with me. I thought you could have communicated more with me about my order rather than me always calling.

I liked the price and ease. I didn't like how long it took to actually receive my prescription

Slow service Price was good, but service was slow between placement of order and arrival of medicine

It took nearly a month to get my prescription transferred from CVS. I like your business, but it seems there needs to be better follow through from the people in charge of handling such things. Now that the RX is transferred, I don't foresee any future issues. The people working the phone lines for customer service were very good. Update: Prescription did come in. Worth mentioning again that customer service folks were great.

It took multiple weeks and me calling 3 times to get my medication sent to me so I’ve been without any medication for about 3 whole weeks.

Still waiting on an order that was put in weeks ago, and no one is answering my emails. My account says the order is still pending; they are very basic prescriptions that should be in stock. HELLO, PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDS. Update: Someone finally got back to me just to blame my doctor for "not sending my scripts" – my doctor has faxed and reached out to them MULTIPLE TIMES. So is DiRx just losing extremely sensitive information? Not happy with this service AT ALL. Will be requesting a refund for my yearly "care" plan. UPDATE: After a good month of trying to get my meds taken care of I was finally put in touch with a team member that helped me. Now my meds are arriving easily and on time which is great. I just wish the initial setup had been easier. Their support team member also told me they were having system issues during the holidays, which I kind of understand, but I don't think that's the best excuse for a corporation. They could at least email people back when they need more information or help getting ahold of prescribers.
