One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We're now in the third week since I had my doctor send in a prescription. The order hasn't even been touched let alone shipped. Customer service via email takes 2 days to respond. You can get through fairly quickly via phone but the responses are useless. Email or phone responses are generic we're sorry for the delay, we're busy, we'll do it as soon as we can. Nobody is able to give any timeline as to when there might be some progress on an order. Redirecting my prescription elsewhere tomorrow. This is medication. People need this. If you actually want/need your medication I advise using anybody else besides these fools

Registered and got letter from them asking me to call my pharmacy to get the drugs sent to them (several weeks later). Told them that’s what they said they were going to do and just to leave it as is. Went to pharmacy to get my rx and was informed I had no RX as they were all sent to this company. Had to make calls and had to get new rx for all my meds. No notice from this company that they had my Rx and never got any drugs. So my question is, what are you doing with my RX’s? You have them and fail to send drugs or notify me you received the Rx’s? Something is wrong here. Seems like you just stole my RXs.

I pre-paid for the Annual Plan, but the company hasn't filled orders, some since April. They claim manufacturers won't fill their orders (Ask yourself why?) and tell me to buy it elsewhere, even though I prepaid DiRx. Florida regulators are aware of the situation. If affected, you can write to the Florida Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division, Office PL-01, The Capitol, Tallahassee FL 32399. and Florida Department of Health, Consumer Services Unit 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Bin C75, Tallahassee, Florida 32399. Both have websites for taking complaints online. Consumers can do something about it if the regulators see this a pattern affecting many.

Trying to get meds since April 30. They said did not hear from physician. Went to physician office and they called to talk to Dirx. Still no meds. Did not have one in stock and did not send any of order. Tried to correct, but they then said did not have prescriptions. Working with physician and Dirx and after a month, still no meds. Cancelled annual membership. Cannot recommend this company at all.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered my prescription that I need to take everyday on May 16th and today June 1st it still is saying that it's pending acceptance for shipping and I have been out of my meds for that whole time. I contacted customer service and they just kept saying stuff I already new and didn't help me at all! Also made a crap ton of bull crap excuses. My doctor sent over the approval and all that for the prescription on the 15th of May.

Customer service is terrible. I’ve emailed twice with no replies over 2 weeks and called a total of 3 times now all during pharmacy business hours and still get no answers. I ordered on 5/16/24 and spoke with my doctor twice that same day asking them to send the RX, they even called me back and confirmed it was sent. I waited a few days and still said pending. I emailed them got no response ever. I called them and was placed on hold for them to contact their pharmacy team. After waiting a while he came back and said they were too busy to answer his call and that I should either wait a few days or call back tomorrow. So then I contacted my doctor and asked to send it again. They again called me back and confirmed they sent the RX again. So I waited a few more days. Called them again and they were not able to talk with their pharmacist yet again to confirm if the RX had been received or not. At that point since I knew the RX was there and had been sent twice, I canceled the first order and ordered it again, thinking a new order may get some attention and the RX was there twice now. My doctors office is great and always does what they say they are going to do and even called me and confirmed twice that it actually had been sent. Now two weeks later it is 05/31/24 and it still says pending. I called yet again and they said they are not able to contact their pharmacy team to check on it and to call back again on Monday. Not to mention the first order I used a $10 off coupon and it wouldn’t let me do that on the second order because it said that was only for first time orders, even though I never actually got to process the first order. I see good reviews for this company and their prices are great, but I don’t understand the problem because there’s no way they don’t have my RX. I have received no response to emails and no updates regarding my order at all. I’m doing this review to hopefully get someone’s attention that can actually get something done about this. They can contact my doctor if need be but I hate to ask my doctor to send the same RX for a third time because this is crazy.

HORRIBLE! Worst customer service EVER! When asked to talk with a supervisor they transfer you straight to a voice mail. Took my money right away over a week ago. Been out of my medicine for 3 days already & they say hopefully in 1-2 weeks I will receive it!
