While these measures are in place for patient safety, they can sometimes impact timelines when prescribers or transferring pharmacies are slow to respond. Now that we have your prescription on file, your next order should be smooth sailing! You can also have your prescriber send any new scripts directly to DiRx (NCPDP #5707801) for fastest processing. Thank you for your feedback, Ross! We share your frustration. As a nationally licensed pharmacy, DiRx is fully compliant with federal regulations requiring the validation of every prescription. While we reach out to validate, it may take time for some prescribers or transferring pharmacies to respond with the required information. Once validated, prescriptions are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to show you how convenient and timely the process can be with the prescription on file. Many customers find that reaching out to their prescribers directly to request the prescription be sent to DiRx (NCPDP #5707801) generally yields a much faster response. Hi Karen. Unfortunately, after not receiving your prescription with the other items, we were informed by your previous pharmacy that your prescription for this item had expired. Unfortunately we cannot fill this order without a valid prescription. Please contact your prescriber to consult. We apologize for any inconvenience. Be well. -DiRx

Hi Michael. Unfortunately, we can only fill the prescription based upon the instructions of your provider. I would suggest that you contact your prescriber and request a new RX or consult as to why they sent over a different amount than you had ordered. Thank you for your feedback. -DiRx

Hi Brie. Unfortunately, there is a limit of 3 additional patient profiles per user account. We have been discussing the possibility of expanding this to more than 4 total users. But those efforts are still in development. Thank you for your feedback
