Good prices. Good service only after pestering.
Your prices easily beat my Medicare Part D "benefits" at my pharmacy. I had to contact you to find out why my meds had not shipped in 9 days and it seemed to take you by surprise. I was told by my pharmacist that they had not been contacted by you to transfer the scripts. I confirmed you had the correct phone number. I don't know who dropped the ball, but the meds were dispatched within 2 days, arriving the same day I took the last of mine. I shouldn't have had to notify you that there was a problem. I see the same pattern of pharmacies or doctors not being contacted until being pestered to do so in several reviews below. The excuse of it taking a long time just doesn't wash; all you need is a phone line and a fax device. Many people rely on medications. If you really can't be more efficient, you should warn people up front. Removing a star for it being a common problem.

Hi Gary. Obtaining the prescription from your prescriber or pharmacy can typically take a few days. But, to your point, some of our customers have experienced significant delays and their experience was less than acceptable. We have recently hired additional staff to remedy these delays. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. We certainly hope that you give us another chance. -Brian at DiRx
