GoodRX showed availability of my medication to be shipped within 3-5 days so I ordered online. After 10 days the order still showed pending online. I contacted them and they said they did not have the medication in stock and I should order from "my pharmacy" while they work to get the medication in stock. Seems I should have been notified of this and lost over 2 weeks in refilling my prescription. I checked GoodRX again to order elsewhere and they still show the medication available for order and shipped within 3-5 days.

Thirty two days since I placed and paid for my medicine. Thirty two days. No one knows when it will be restocked. Cheap prices but not worth this unreliability.

DiRx is a terrible company. They take your order and when it is time to refill they don't have product to fill your order. They shouldn't be in the Rx business the way they operate., They don't have very common medicines in stock, only communicate by email, and wait until the last minute to let you know you medicine is not coming. Big hassle recovering!

no complaint about drugs but I've now waited over 3 weeks for my auto refill. I've received several reasons why most predominately that their order "didn't come in". I'm out, you've cost me extra money and still have no clue when or if my rx will arrive. I suggest you correct your ordering process or not offer delivery of certain drugs. I'm totally furious, lack of planning on your part should NOT be an emergency on my part but obviously it has become so.

I think it's some kind of scam. Their phone number is not working today which is strange. I placed an order two weeks ago and received the confirmation email. I spoke with someone a week ago. They promised a followup email with more info. That never happened. Now I see the reviews and they are all from July 2022. See ya!

Placed my prescription transfer order 4 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of waiting with no updates, I called and spoke to a very apologetic but incapable agent who advised me to call the Pharmacy Dept. Pharmacy promised to escalate my order but couldn't give any estimate on a timeline. "Prescription transfers are placed behind all traditional prescription orders, regardless of when the order is placed", I learned, they don't have the time or staff to make calls to other pharmacies. Despite promises of order escalation, two weeks after that call I received an email stating that they are "experiencing longer than usual turnaround times" and encouraged me to have my doctor fax the prescription to DirX. I still have no idea when my order will be filled.

The subscription plan sounds great and initially worked well. However, during my most recent refill (still outstanding), they did not provide any information until I called them directly. They told me the medications (four different medicines) were out of stock, and they had no information on when they might be available. There is no ability to get a refund on the subscription plan, even though they cannot fill prescriptions.

I have a prescription for a frequently prescribed medication that automatically refills. DiRX is out of inventory and they have been out of inventory for more than a week. When I call, they say they have no inventory and do not know when they will receive inventory. I talked to the customer service and pharmacy teams and got the same answer. Any purchasing system has order date information and the expected delivery information and should be able to predict auto refill inventory requirements.
