price and convenience

The first phone call on Monday was good, except for a misinformation about having receipt of order from my doctor. The second phone call gave me perfect answer.

Price and ease of service. If it had been more prompt (note we submitted our part 2 days before the Dr sent the prescription) I would have given you 5 stars.

I would have given 5 stars except that the UPS 2nd day shipping I paid for took 4 days.

Price was good, would have 5 stars, but shipping is slow.

Once order was confirmed, order shipped rapidly. Received order five days later. Ordered 90 day supply, could only fulfill 30 day supply. Hopefully will get the 60 day remainder soon.

This is my first time ordering meds via mail order. The prices were slightly higher than the Canadian mail order that I used for one of my meds at the same time (because the price difference on the Jardiance was significant to justify the wait time from Canada). The whole process with DiRx was easy. The only complaint that I have is that the padded shipping envelope that my prescriptions came in was ripped open and an RX bottle could have fallen out. I think they should ship in a cardboard box to eliminate this potential disaster.

Better price than most local Pharmacies, but not as cheap as GoodRx.
