Wow Savings!
Online instructions are a little vague, but after setting it up properly, my order was immediately sent. The entire order cost as much as in local options charged for a single Rx. I'm saving over $100 a month thanks to DiRx.

Because of my own mistakes
Because of my own mistakes, my meds took a long time, and DiRx had to contact me. Once the representative called, she straightened things out and got my order moving. I am very satisfied with her help. And I am hopeful that I can work the order process out better next time.

Hi Jeff. In some instances, where we need to edit your order or need to cancel and replace with a new order, a second hold is placed on your card for that new value. But, please be assured that we only charge the card once the order has processed for shipping. Be well!
