Very prompt and inexpensive

Very easy to set up account and order. DiRx followed up with the Vet for the script.

I love DiRx, they save me the biweekly trip to my local pharmacy and they’re a lot cheaper. Customer support is super easy to deal with and very professional. The only con is the company is still privately owned; can’t wait to see the IPO, I’d love to invest in this company.

Right price and shipped on time. I did have an issue with a refill in that the payment card that I had on file with DiRx had been compromised somewhere else and DiRx did not notify me that they could not refill the script due to this problem. I called them when the meds did not show up automatically and quickly resolved the problem.
