Received all prescriptions as ordered. However, order took 13 days to receive. I was advised that one of the prescriptions was back ordered. Fortunately I had enough of the prescription in question to last until I received my full order. Not sure what I will do next time.

I have had an issue getting one of my prescriptions because DiRX did not have it in inventory. Also a small change in my blood pressure medication doubled my annual pharmaceutical cost. I hope my return to lisinopril as my primary blood pressure medication will return me to my lower annual cost

I found setting up the account and transferring the prescriptions was easy. The delivery was over a week. I think improvement can be made in this area. I was very satisfied. I will use this process to fill my prescription in the future.

I liked the price. I did have a written prescription in hand from my doctor and I could have texted a photo of it or faxed it but the dirx rep said they had to confirm it with the doctor themselves.

DiRx has meds that my Medicare drug plan won't cover, and at low prices.
