First, the website ordering system wouldn't work. A telephone call remedied that. Then, I asked them to pull the Rx from another pharmacy. Not having heard anything from them, I proceeded to ask my physician to send in a new Rx. That eventually got through but; it took a long time to get the med. If I'm in a hurry going forward, I'll not use them. If time isn't critical, it's hard to beat the price. All things considered, I'll likely use them again and reevaluate the experience.

Pricing is great! Due to errors from my prescriber, it was a long delay to receive my order. DiRx did a fine job on their part.

I want so badly to give 5 stars, but I just can't. You can't beat the pricing they provide. I am currently uninsured and struggling to afford my routine medications. I was thrilled when I found DiRx carried 2 of my 4. After doing the math it was cheaper to do the annual savings plan than to than to just purchase on an as needed basis. I placed my transfer request with 10 days to spare, expecting this would be plenty of time. On day 7 I emailed customer service as it was still showing pending. While waiting for them to respond, I contacted the previous pharmacy and verified they had sent the transfer. On day 8 I received a reply from customer service that they were working on getting it filled. Day 9 I received a tracking number. On day 11 (yes, at this point I'm out of my medication) I received a shipping notification that it's finally in USPS's hands. Day 13 I finally received it. My first impression is not a great one, but at the same time, I am grateful that I can receive affordable medication. I'm locked in for the next year, and am hoping it goes better for any other medication I need.

Once the prescription was transferred, the process was a breeze, however, I had to keep calling and calling to get the pharmacist to work on it. It took almost a month to get the prescription transferred.

Took well over a week to get my RX. Should have been advised of probable delivery time. 3/27/23

Hi William. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy refused to fax your prescription to us and would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! But, thank you for hearing me out and giving us another chance. Be well!

It was cheaper with insurance at Walgreens.
