Called a week after transfer of prescription requested. Nice lady said she would leave message for pharmacy team. Called after another week had passed with no word. The lady I spoke with looked at the history, said she would contact pharmacy for transfer to get prescription filled. She took care of it immediately. And was so helpful and nice. Took three weeks to get medication. This is after an earlier attempt to get a medication which totally failed.

Took WAY too long to get the Rx transferred.

Delivery was fine bit did not allow me to pay for early delivery even though I tried to click on it. Also, this generic pill does not seem to have the same effect as regular cialis

Pleasant customer service but lack of knowledge about options and not aware of when to pass the problem on to a superior. Order placed online 11/10/22. Not shipped until 12/01.

Not sure if the medication is old or incorrectly filled, but it doesn't do anything. The medication I got from my local CVS was expensive, but effective. 2 stars because the rest of the experience was good.

My first experience was and has been very confusing. DiRx was to obtain my prescriptions direct from my current pharmacy. I asked the pharmacy to forward them but CVS requires the request come from DiRX. This process took awhile and resulted in DiRx cancelling my first order. The email I received said they setup a new order for me for THREE prescriptions they said they received from CVS. It was my responsibility to “Submit” this new order to them. After I did so, I received another email that they cancelled my order once again and they setup a new order for the TWO prescriptions they received from CVS. That same day I received another email that they were in receipt of my prescriptions. Again I submitted the order they setup of two prescriptions and I finally received both of the prescriptions about a week later. I have ordered the third prescription they never filled and as of now I have only received an email that they are in receipt of my order. I became a member Oct 24, 2022.

Very slow on order processing. Next day shipping worked fine, but not timely prescription fulfillment.
