I have been paying WAY too much for WAY too little from my cable TV company. I am getting SO much more functionality, SO many more stations (ALL HD) and I can record more at the same time and watch in ANY room....for almost 1/2 the price! I cannot wait to get it installed! Order Conf #

From the first phone call all the way through to the installation, I was treated excellent. I'd recommend Direct TV to Everyone. Customer service, Installation, Price. Direct TV is perfect.

After receiving my bill, I noticed that I was charged for some payperview movies. Whe I signed up for this, I was never adviced that this programing could be blocked before hand by Direct TV so there was no access to this from the remote control. This is not a frindly device for a person with mental delay as I have person in the house with this discapacity and after talking to billing department with Luis, as he was not able to credit/wave the payperview amount,. I have asked to be transfered to the next person up the chain of comand and ended up talking to Edgar. After talking to Edgar and explaining the situation, Edgar was not able to help on this issue either. It is sad that being a new customer and after the fact that it was never explained that this programing was accessed via remote, and after explaining that it was ordered by error by a person with special needs. This didnt count as the only thing was to be credited with 25% of the total amount of payperview. Hope this will make it up the chain of comand and will not just get forgoten and left behind at the billing department with the supervisor Edgar of such department. If you have kids with special needs you might want to look for another cable provider as Direct tv has not mercy for you or anybody that has discapacities, they have no exceptions and you will be treated the same as the rest of the population.

I was so upset with Dish removing some of our favorite channels. Then, I find out they didn't want to negotiate with Ted Turner to keep CNN. The biggest joke was they didn't offer me a break on my cost for loosing my channels. So, I called DIRECTV and not only did I find out they have all the channels I want including CNN, but I also saved a lot of money too. Sometimes it saves to shop around.
