I called direct tv undecided if I was going to order it but after talking to sale rep about everything it had to offer and the promos for new customers and the long term cost I did decide to switch over to direct tv I hope the service is as good as I look forward too The sales rep was named Mathew he was very helpful and definitely helped me make the decision to go with direct tv

Daniel-- Mr. Congeniality--- gave me a price beyond my expectations. I have TV, internet and phone for 45% less than I paid Comcast. Unfortunately, in scheduling the phone install, I was disconnected. I called back and held the line for at least 15 minutes and then was disconnected again. When I called again, I got a message that the office was closed. As a former director in customer service, I was surprised that the agents did not assist customers who were holding at the end of the day and did not even provide a message to inform them that the center was closing with a request to call the next day.

We are getting ready to move and was ready to find a better Cable/Internet/Phone provider. We went on the web site and chose the Live Chat to find out more about the bundle deals you have. We spoke with Marvin and he was wonderful!! I requested for him to call because I can talk faster then I can type. Within 5 minutes the phone rang and there was Marvin. He explained everything and really listened to our questions and concerns. After we was all finished We were ready to sign up!! He then introduced us to Chad who was in charge of explaining the phone and internet. Chad also was great. Our hole experience was so painless. Thank you guys for doing a great job,

When I called for information they made it a no brainer to just switch right then and there, I usually want to think things through and call back another time. This time, the price was amazing! The service was excellent! I felt like Kyle, the guy I was speaking with, was truly genuine. I dont know why I didn't do this months ago! No more $200+ cable bills!
